PEW Terms of Service

Who runs PEW

PEW is operated by ANTLER ENTERPRISES LIMITED, trading as Last Ditch Games, registered in England and Wales under company number 10220815. Our registered office is A4G Suite Nepicar House, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Kent, United Kingdom, TN15 7RS. Contact support@pewfps.com for support, complaints or questions about these terms.

Playing PEW

PEW is a multiplayer game played through Discord on supported desktop and web clients. You need a compatible device, an internet connection and an eligible Discord account. Discord's own terms and minimum age requirements also apply. If you are below the age at which you can enter this agreement in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to your use where required by law.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to play PEW for entertainment, subject to these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the game or its intellectual property.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs to obtain rewards, automate abusive activity, interfere with our services, access another player's account, harass people or use PEW unlawfully. Report security or reward faults privately to our support address. We may reject invalid results and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect players or the service. You may ask support to review a restriction. We will explain our reason where doing so is lawful and does not compromise security or another person's privacy.

Your account and equipment

Keep your Discord account and devices secure, do not share access credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use affecting PEW. You are responsible for your internet connection and for using a supported, reasonably up-to-date device and browser. We do not make you automatically responsible for every action taken through a compromised account; responsibility depends on what happened and applicable law.

Progression and virtual goods

Coins are used for eligible in-game goods; Tokens open crates whose outcomes vary. The game explains an offer's contents and any conditions before you spend. Virtual currency and goods are for use within PEW, cannot be transferred or traded between players, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required. Existing earned and purchased rights are not automatically lost because we revise these terms.

Purchases and refunds

Paid purchases are not currently enabled for this production launch. If purchases become available, new purchases inside the Discord Activity will use Discord checkout, with the price, currency, contents and applicable purchase terms shown before you pay. A separate pre-launch review will cover the final offers and refund process.

For a missing, duplicate, unauthorised or faulty purchase, contact support with the product and transaction reference. Do not send card details or passwords. Where Discord processes the purchase, its support and refund process may also apply; tell us about any existing refund request so it is not paid twice.

Nothing in these terms removes your legal cancellation rights or remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. We do not offer an additional general change-of-mind guarantee. Any loss of a statutory cancellation right for immediate digital content requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; accepting these general terms alone does not waive that right. Paid virtual currency requires its own applicable cancellation treatment.

Updates and availability

We may update PEW to fix faults, maintain security or compatibility, meet legal requirements and balance gameplay. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free play, a particular match outcome, continuous access to a particular server or mode, or future features described only as plans. This does not override a specific commitment made when supplying paid content or any legal duty.

PEW depends on Discord, network connections and hosting services. If an event outside our reasonable control interrupts play, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its effect and explain material disruption where practicable. We are not responsible for delay caused solely by that event where we have met our own obligations. We remain responsible for our own failures and any remedies the law requires.

We may retire a free feature or discontinue the game for genuine operational, security, legal or commercial reasons. We will give reasonable advance notice where practicable. Before making a change that materially affects paid content, we will explain its effect and provide the choices or remedies required by law. Buying an item does not fund a promise of indefinite server operation, but this does not remove the rights attached to that purchase.

Our responsibility

Your agreement is with ANTLER ENTERPRISES LIMITED. Last Ditch Games is its trading name. Our directors, staff and contributors do not personally promise to perform this agreement or give a personal guarantee. This does not exclude any person's liability where the law makes them responsible.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or if you and we knew it might happen when making the agreement. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

PEW is supplied for personal entertainment, not for business or professional reliance. We are not liable for business losses such as lost business profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill or business interruption arising from using PEW for those purposes. We do not guarantee earnings from streaming, tournaments, sponsorships or trading, and PEW goods are not investments.

We are not responsible for loss caused solely by your breach of these terms, unsupported modifications or misuse, rather than by our own failure. You should take reasonable steps to avoid preventable loss once you know about a problem. This does not require you to incur unreasonable costs or give up a legal remedy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your mandatory consumer rights concerning digital content and services. Statutory remedies for damage to your device or other digital content remain available where applicable. These protections take priority over the other wording in this section.

Ending use and changes to these terms

You may stop playing at any time and contact us about your account or data. If we suspend or end access, we will act proportionately and preserve any remedies you have by law. Material changes to these terms will be dated and brought to your attention before they apply where required; they will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

Disputes

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve your complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
